GENERAL BILL by Maney; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Barnaby
Offices of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel; Authorizes appointments from office of criminal conflict & civil regional counsel from other regions; requires such counsel to provide certain documentation to JAC for reimbursement; requires each regional office that accepts such appointments to submit specified report to JAC; requires JAC to submit copies of such reports to Legislature; requires appointment of private counsel in certain circumstances; provides for expiration.
