GENERAL BILL by Ingoglia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Martin

Retail Theft; Revising the minimum number of thefts required within a specified aggregation period required to commit a specified violation for retail theft; prohibiting a person from committing retail theft with a specified number of other persons for a specified purpose; providing criminal penalties; prohibiting a person from committing retail theft with a specific number of other persons for a specified purpose when such person uses a social media platform to solicit the participation of other persons, etc.
