Inmate Services; Requiring that funds from the Contractor-Operated Institutions Inmate Welfare Trust Fund be used exclusively for specified provisions; revising compensation for the provision of inmate medical services by certain providers; providing an exemption; requiring a Medicaid health care provider to provide inmate patients with reasonable access to adequate medical services, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2026
