    Limitation on the Assessment of Homestead Property; Joint resolution proposing amendment to s. 4 of Art. VII of State Constitution to Authorizes Legislature, by general law, to prohibit consideration of any change or improvement made to homestead property to mitigate flood damage in determining assessed value of such property for ad valorem taxation purposes.
