GENERAL BILL by Nixon
Availability of Marijuana for Adult Use; Provides requirements for cultivation, processing, retail, or transportation license of MMTC; authorizes department to adopt by rule additional requirements for permitting of cultivation, processing, dispensing, & storage facilities to ensure sanitary, safe, & secure cultivation, processing, dispensing, storage, & sale of marijuana; authorizes certain persons to purchase certain amounts of marijuana products, marijuana in form for smoking, & marijuana delivery devices; authorizes DACS to adopt rules regulating cultivation of marijuana by members of public for private use, including use of cooperative model for cultivation; provides retroactive application of certain convictions; authorizes certain persons to petition court to expunge criminal history record for specified convictions.
