    Fees/Dog Breeders; Requiring dog breeders to pay registration and renewal fees in amounts to be determined by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; providing a limit on such fees; requiring the department to notify a certificateholder of the annual renewal fee by a specified date, etc.

    Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1830 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
