Specialty License Plates; Increasing the annual use fee for the Florida Wildflower license plate and providing a discount for owners purchasing the plate for more than a specified number of vehicles; deleting a restriction on who may be issued the Fraternal Order of Police license plate; directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop specified specialty license plates, etc.
