GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy, Regulated Industries, Transportation, DiCeglie
Transportation; Requiring counties to report certain information to the Office of Economic and Demographic Research annually by a specified date; revising the definitions of the terms “dynamic driving task,” “micromobility device,” and “vehicle”; revising provisions relating to the administration and financing of certain aviation and airport programs and projects; revising the bidding and award process for contracts for road construction and maintenance projects; revising membership of the governing body of the Greater Miami Expressway Agency, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2025
