GENERAL BILL by Greco; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kendall, Sapp
Unlawful Demolition of Historical Buildings and Structures; Authorizes code enforcement board or special magistrate to impose fine that exceeds certain limits for unlawful demolition of certain historical buildings or structures; provides that such fine may not exceed certain percentage of just market valuation.
