GENERAL BILL by Rodriguez
State Lotteries; Deleting a provision requiring the compensation of the Secretary of the Department of the Lottery to be set annually by the Governor; revising requirements for studies and evaluations of security in the operation of the department; increasing the amount of a lottery retailer bond; authorizing the use of a debit card in a vending machine to purchase a lottery ticket; providing an exception to the prohibition on officers or employees of the department purchasing a lottery ticket, etc.
