SECTION 1255Alternative resolution of disputes.
1719.1255 Alternative resolution of disputes.—The Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall provide for alternative dispute resolution in accordance with s. 718.1255.
