Agency for Health Care Administration; Deleting the State Consumer Health Information and Policy Advisory Council; requiring memory care providers to follow specified standards of operation in providing memory care services; repealing provisions relating to special care for persons with Alzheimer’s disease or other related disorders, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2025
