    GENERAL BILL by Avila; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Yarborough

    Commercial Driving Schools; Authorizing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to enter into interagency agreements with tax collectors for a specified purpose; specifying that such an interagency agreement is a delegation of authority of the department to the tax collector; providing that such an interagency agreement may include, but need not be limited to, certain grants of authority, etc.
