    Reporting Lost or Stolen Firearms; Requiring individuals to report lost or stolen firearms to the local law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction in which the loss or theft occurred within a specified timeframe; requiring such individuals to provide specified information to the local law enforcement agency; requiring the local law enforcement agency to create an incident report upon receiving a report of a lost or stolen firearm, etc.
