Trust Funds/Creation/Experimental Treatments for Terminal Conditions and Life-threatening Rare Diseases; Creates Experimental Treatment Access Trust Fund for specified purposes; authorizes licensed experimental treatment centers to contribute specified amount to trust fund or provide specified care at no cost; provides for termination of trust fund.
Effective Date: July 1, 2026, but only if HB 1381 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session
